Tonight is the big game that will wrap up an interesting GW10, the lights at Wembley Stadium will shine over Spurs and the visitors Manchester City.

The Mancunians are set to bring on Kevin De Bruyne for his first start of the 2018/19 campaign. The Belgian superstar has been out for months after he picked up an ACL injury and made his comeback against Burnley in the last round when he came off the bench in the 59th minute.

According to, De Bruyne is bound to start for City against Spurs, next to Fernandinho and David Silva in the middle, with Bernardo Silva likely getting pushed up into the attacking trio.

It seems pretty certain that Sergio Agüero will start up top with well-rested legs after he was benched against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League.

Between the two teams, Spurs has lost 10 of their 15 last games in the league against City. Manchester City may also be considered as favorites to win the Premier League, but the Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino will not change their way of playing.

“You cannot change your approach just because the opponent is good like Manchester City, or change your mentality,” he said in a video published by Tottenham on Twitter.

“We are going to try, with and without the ball, to have a strategy and try to win the game, that is the most important thing, playing in the way that we always play.”
