Players to watch
Let’s dive into the NHL Late Daily Fantasy Preview 16/08. We have 3 games in this late Slate but firstly , let me start by saying that you need to be aware of the news close to the start of the games be cause we still do not know the line ups and starting Goalies.
Goalies
In addition, check the NHL Fantasy Strategy Guide if you are new to the game.
Carter Hart – Flyers – 8.0m
This is all about me believing that Hart cannot have a worst performance then the previous game and also that his team will win.
Carey Price – Canadiens – 8.6m
You cannot ignore a Goalie that had a shutout the previous game and had 13 points in total.
Defenders
Shea Weber – Canadiens – 11.0m
Weber would be my top choice as a Defender for tonight. He keeps having good games and i am liking his teams odds for tonight.
Shea Theodore – Golden Knights -10.6m
It must be a Shea night tonight and my defence would be filled with them.
Nate Schmidt – Golden Knights – 9.2m
If you want to get exposure to the Vegas game but don’t want to pay up for Theodore , then Schmidt would be my option. Excellent form and he is getting points in both defence and offence.
Forwards
Patrick Kane – Blackhawks – 13.2m
The most expensive forward on the slate but i think he is worth it. Blackhawks need to win and they will give their all for it and i expect Kane to have a lot of opportunities to give us points.
David Perron – Blues – 10.1m
Blues are desperate and they need a win. Perron has been one of their best players so far , with 5.5 points average. I will be all over him tonight.
Brendan Gallagher – Canadiens – 11.1m
On the other side of that game , Gallagher has been excellent so far , giving us 5 points in the last game. I expect a high score , so would have no problem playing forwards from both teams in one lineup.
