It’s only 6 days until the World Championship of Fantasy Football begins. Our high stakes WCOFF tournament offers a DFS (daily fantasy sports) experience like no other – played across two gameweeks, boasting a €500,000 prize-pool and a mouth-watering first-place prize of €100,000 to the winner.
With satellites running in the Fanteam lobby, users still have the opportunity to get into the mammoth event for a much smaller amount than the €1000 WCOFF Final buy-in. We have direct satellites from €2 & plenty of €55 Step 2 contests that you can turn into the €1000 entry. The WCOFF has a habit of producing incredible stories where users have turned small entries into huge sums and this year could be no different.

Can Josh do the double?
Our 2021 EPL €1M Season Long winner Josh Wooldridge (aka @CheckJoshFF) qualified for 5 tickets in a giant WCOFF Monster satellite back in December. Can he do the incredible and become our reigning Season Long champion and WCOFF winner? He will have five bites at the cherry to make that happen.
Winner of WCOFF from a €2 Satalitte
In 2019 one such player who qualified through a satellite for the WCOFF Final was fscottl – a Scottish FanTeam user who entered a satellite contest for just €2.
He eventually went on to win the tournament and take home the €30,000 prize. All while watching the final game of the contest on an offshore oil rig. A late Mo Salah substitution ended up being the difference for fscottl to clinch that first place prize!
Check out our interview with fscottl where he talks us through his incredible WCOFF success story here.
The rules and format are nearly identical to that of our usual Fantasy Premier League Weekly Monster, with the only difference being it’s run over 2 gameweeks, instead of 1.
Managers are required to create and enter a team for GW24 and GW25 (usual monster deadlines and prices apply) – this means your GW24 team won’t be your GW25 team – you will need to login and create a new team for GW25.
Once GW24 is over, a new set of GW25 fixtures and player prices will be available, where you can make unlimited transfers before the GW25 deadline.
The scores in both gameweeks are added together to determine a final leaderboard score and position.

The WCOFF has plenty of amazing cash prizes on offer, with the top 121 places being paid out in total.
First prize is the insane €100,000 but there is of course much more than that to go around. A top 5 finish guarantees €15,000, while the minimum paid prize is €1,500.
